I would like to thank again all tips and advices that you are sendig me about things that could grow my booty. Thank you. If you knw more, please let me know.

I am always tryig to do research about products, metabolism system, fat tissue, hormones, lypolis, etc but nowadays about I get an interesting about plants and herbs sice there are articles explaning that some of them can increase the activity in estrogens receptors.
So, last 3 weeks I bought blackberry leafs and did tea. I drink it in the morning. I read that it is good to increase estrogen activity, that is important to put fat in lower body, means get my booty fatter = )

Last weekend I bought Bitter Thistle or Holy Thistle and did tea (I prepare 2 liters and then just take a glass every day). I also read that it stimulate estrogen receptors too. The oly problem it has a bitter tasty, but I will use for 3 months (like blackberry leaf) to see if I get some result.

I just feel worry about something that I read about pytho-estrogens:

"Phytoestrogens reduce the excessive estrogenic effect in the body which leads to weight gain around the hips and thighs."

"They do well with plant hormones (phytoestrogens), which have a balancing effect and help them to reduce their oestrogen dependent weight gain."

If you find information about it, please let me know because I think I can't take (drink or take pills) that contain pytoestrogens. I have planned to take estrogens to bust my estrogen level and force my body to produce more of it to get an oestrogen dominance (that will increase fat storage in my lower body and keep it there). I start to take climene pills since last week. I hope to find a way to get injections (because it worked well once) since in Brazil it is not available anymore = (

I also find some information about lypolis explaining that there are two adrenorceptors responsable for storage and burn fat tissue: alpha2 (for storage fat) and beta2 (for burn fat). They say that if you have more alpha2 adrenoreceptors than beta2 e.g in lower body you will gain weight (grow) in that area and it will be difficult to lose it after that. I would like to know if there are a way to increase alpha2 in my booty, hip area. That will be a great help = )

I hope to get more information and my diet plan (Yam shake, teas and pills) start to change my metabolism for the next months when I will start my one year plan = ) to grow my booty bigger and fatter!
I will let you know if I get some news and maybe inches before that.
